Columbia Marine and Apex Quest Pontoon boats are absolutely the best . We purchased a new boat last year and picked it up for this season. I could not be more happier with the help that Chick, Sean and Mary have given to us on this purchase.

When we had an issue with our Pontoon Boat Engine Chick and Mary did everything they could to diagnose the problem and see if we could put together a solution. After taking me through the issues and showing me what needed to be done, we decided it would be best to replace the engine. I was expecting a long, expensive project. Well, Chick called me that afternoon with an awesome used engine option that was perfectly affordable. He got it installed immediately and had us out on the water the very next day. I've had other great experiences with him (and Mary in the office who is wonderful as well!) in the past, but this was just so good I wanted to share. The people at Columbia Marine are GREAT.

We took delivery of a Qwest pontoon boat from Columbia Marine today. Used them to diagnose a motor battery problem a couple years ago. Fast forward recall on battery. Mary in sales has been wonderful in helping me locate the old battery in her discard area in the back of the yard and is working with me and the manufacturer to get the issue resolved. I cant stress enough how wonderful the customer service has been with Columbia Marine. I highly recommend them.
